- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
- Standard delivery within Malaysia takes 3–5 working days.
- Free shipping for orders above RM150 (Malaysia only).
- Tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
- Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Only size exchanges or store credit issued (no cash refunds).
- Sale and promotional items are non-returnable.

1. What sizes do you offer?
We specialise in plus-size fashion and offer sizes ranging from XL to 6XL, depending on the design. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for accurate measurements.
2.How do I know which size to choose?
Each product includes a detailed size chart. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our customer service—we'll be happy to help recommend the best fit based on your measurements.
3. Do you offer customisation or alterations?
Some of our designs offer customisable sleeve or length options. Please check the product description or contact us for availability and additional charges.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery within Malaysia takes 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please contact our sales personnel to make shipping arrangements.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. We offer size exchanges or store credit (no cash refunds). Please note: sale items are non-returnable.
